Meal 2: Noodles with spinach and Alfredo sauce

Spices: Basil, sage, black pepper, parsley

I made my own Alfredo sauce for my noodles today. I chopped up garlic instead of using garlic powder like the recipe asked. I also used salted butter so I wouldn't have to use salt later to spice the dish. By sniffing different spices I arrived at the conclusion that basil, sage, and parsley would taste good in my Alfredo. They did! I added some extra black pepper partway through. I think it may be hard to give up black pepper for the rest of the week because I like it so much...
